1. Deposit

A fully refundable $10 deposit is required to secure your Pre-Launch VIP offer. The deposit does not constitute a final purchase.

2. Pre-Sale Period

Deposits will open in late June 2026. During this period, eligible customers may place a $10 deposit to secure their VIP pricing. The deposit window will remain open for a limited time; specific opening and closing dates will be announced via email to all registered participants.

3. VIP Pricing

By placing a deposit, you lock in the following VIP prices:

• PixelMob Standard — $359 (save $40 off the $399 Super Early Bird price)
• PixelMob Pro — $859 (save $40 off the $899 Super Early Bird price)

4. How to Claim Your VIP Discount

When the Kickstarter campaign launches, you will receive a VIP Access Link via email. You must use the same email address as your deposit to unlock the discount. Each $10 deposit secures one (1) unit; multiple units require separate deposits.

5. Final Purchase

The $10 deposit is not your final payment. Final purchase is completed on Kickstarter after the campaign goes live.

6. Deposit Refund

Your $10 deposit will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 days after the Kickstarter campaign ends.

7. Deposit Cancellation

You may cancel your deposit and request a full refund at any time before the Kickstarter campaign launches. Simply contact us at support@pixelmob.ai.

8. Estimated Shipping

Shipments are expected to begin around October following the crowdfunding campaign. Worldwide shipping is available, excluding remote areas. Detailed shipping costs and eligible countries will be announced separately.

9. Campaign Cancellation

In the event the Kickstarter campaign is cancelled or does not reach its funding goal, all deposits will be fully refunded.
